• Able to install all sizes of roofs with minimal supervision
• Must be able to recognize roof problems or concerns while on a project and escalate to on-site supervisor
• Willing to learn and follow company guidelines and procedures
• Ready and willing to upgrade skills and product knowledge through company seminars.
